Shipping Policy

How long before my order ships?

Most of our blank, unpainted kits are sold “pour on demand” which means that we do not begin the process of making your doll until the order has been placed. This ensures that your silicone will be fresh and ideal for accepting paint. The process generally takes 2-3 weeks, and it will be about that long before your doll ships. If you have purchased one of our finished dolls however, your baby will ship within 2 business days of your order.

International shipments

The buyer is responsible for all customs charges and taxes charged by their country. International shipping is typically 3 to 10 business days to most countries. You can choose to upgrade your shipping upon request. Occasionally shipping can be delayed by Customs, especially near the holidays.
