We try our best to respond to questions within 1-3 business days, but please forgive us if we get busy! In the mean time, here are the answers to a few common questions:

How can I purchase one of these dolls? 

Each one of our completed dolls is a work of art that takes a great deal of time and effort to create. It is very difficult to make enough to meet the demand! When we do have a completed doll, it is listed for purchase on the available babies page, though they generally sell pretty quick! Signing up for our newsletter is the best way to stay informed as to which dolls will be available at which times, and for how much. 

If you are not lucky enough to snag one of Elena’s original works, you can also arrange with another artist to have a kit painted to your taste. 

How much do these dolls cost? 

The prices for finished work vary a lot based on the size of the doll, the renown of the sculptor, the look of the kit, etc. For this reason we do not have a general list of prices for our dolls. The price of each piece will be sent and shared before it is made available for purchase. 

Do you ship to ________?

Yes! I do all of my shipping and am able to ship to any location globally that UPS, Amazon, DHL will deliver. Our company is located in the Russia and is able to deliver domestically within 2-5 business days and internationally within 3-7 business days in most cases. International buyers should be aware that they will be responsible for customs fees and that shipping can sometimes be delayed by customs, especially around the holidays. 

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we are pleased to offer custom orders. Elena’s schedule is currently open, allowing clients to request bespoke creations tailored to their preferences.

While we regularly provide a curated selection of ready-made dolls, our custom pieces are individually crafted to meet your specific requirements, ensuring a truly unique and personalized experience.

Do you allow payment plans?

Absolutely! Our store accepts long term payment plans and other programs. If you cannot use our available payment methods for whatever reason, please let us know and we can discuss what accommodations we can make.  

When will my doll ship?

If you have purchased a finished doll (already painted and ready to enjoy) then your doll will ship out within 2 business days of your order. If you’ve ordered one of our blank, unpainted kits, then the order will ship within 3 weeks of the order. The wait time is due to the blank kits being poured-on-demand, which means we don’t make it until you order it!
