Refunds and returns

All sales are final. Payments made towards blank kits and/or finished dolls are non-refundable and non-transferable, and due to the sensitive and delicate nature of silicone dolls, returns are not offered. Note: seller is not responsible for any painting mishaps. All painting and/or artist arrangements is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
